The lesson David Mezzapelle learned fresh out of college when he started Goliath Technology was how to connect job-seekers with employers through schools and colleges. Goliath Technology was an information-technology distribution firm manned by interns. Seventeen years later in 2007, Mezzapelle sold the company to set up www.GoliathJobs.com, which assists students and alumni at all levels of education looking for jobs.
Recently, Mezzepelle launched www.JobsOver50.com to meet the needs of those 50 and older seeking employment. This site screens employers to ensure jobs are legitimate; for respondents, it blocks spam.
